Aspley Heath

Project Overview

This project involved the complete internal plastering of a newly built property in Aspley Heath, including the application of microcement to all ground floor walls and bathrooms. Externally, we carried out a full render to both the new build and the neighbouring property, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality finish across the site.

The project presented unique challenges due to the exposed oak structural elements and the superstructure being constructed from Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF). These materials required meticulous preparation and specialist techniques to ensure compatibility and achieve a flawless finish. Our team's expertise in working with modern construction systems and natural materials was key to delivering a seamless result that complemented the architectural character of the home.
